The Department

CAA's Digital Media division focuses on four core areas including brand partnerships, digital creator representation, content and platform sales and advisory services for tech startups, brands, media and entertainment companies, studios, and streaming services.

our digital creator and brand partnerships verticals. The team represents leading talent in the digital space and focuses on creating opportunities for them to expand their footprint across industries including brand partnerships, licensing, and more.

The Role

We are seeking a Beauty Agent in our Digital Media department, who will be responsible for servicing brand and growth opportunities in the beauty , fashion and lifestyle space for existing clients of the agency , as well as identifying new potential talent signing targets for the team.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, knowledgeable about the digital beauty space with strong pre-existing relationships in the market, skilled at managing accounts, and collaborative.

Responsibilities:
• Build brand relationships in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle space for new and existing clients.
• Identify leading and growing talent in the space for potential representation.
• Assist with the execution of client campaigns ensuring programs are well transitioned and relationships are properly managed.
• Identify opportunities for clients around their attendance at marquee fashion + entertainment industry events.
• Communicate our clients' unique value proposition via email, calls, meetings, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, clients and key partners/prospects.
• Research, identify and report on social and business trends to help strategize and produce the creative and business strategy for each client.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in talent representation and sales
• Strong knowledge of the digital beauty industry, entertainment trends, emerging media, consumer insights and the latest digital/social/mobile/video/interactive technologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach to everything they do: self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking, accountable, and committed
• Project management expert with proven experience nurturing and growing key accounts
• Ability to engage & communicate effectively with senior level decision-makers
• Ability to effectively operate in fast-paced, multi-task and prioritize workflows efficiently
• Solutions oriented with strong analytical skills
• Strong relationship building and diplomatic skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Location

This person will be based in the Los Angeles office; Hybrid schedule

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $80,000 - 100,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
