CAA Brand Consulting is the entertainment & sports marketing agency within CAA. Our mission is to drive cultural brand relevance for our clients by tapping into CAA's connectivity to pop culture. Leveraging our deep relationships and influence with studios, networks, labels, leagues, teams, venues, events, media, and content platforms, we provide a range of strategic and marketing consulting services to corporate clients around their entertainment & sports strategies.

The Role:

The Jr. Account Executive, Events & Field Marketing will support an account within CAA's Brand Consulting department, specifically for a highly matrixed telecom and entertainment client. The candidate will support Hispanic marketing initiatives including regional events and grassroots campaigns, drive to retail programs, and sweepstakes promotions. The role includes coordinating program/project timelines, working closely with vendors, planning and managing onsite activations, and providing consistent, high-quality service and communications to clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has an interest and prior experience in field marketing programs, with a desire to collaborate with a team that brings ideas to life through experiential marketing programs.

Responsibilities & Duties
• Create presentations for key meetings internally and externally, activation decks, run of show documents, campaign go to market plans, and program/event recaps
• Educate clients and manage their needs and expectations
• Demonstrate highest level of critical thinking with focus on proactiveness and attention to detail/quality control in client communications, event planning/execution, budgets
• Develop and manage program/project timelines, budget tracking and reconciliation
• Participate in team brainstorms and support with ideation research and packaging and act as liaison during creative process (e.g., renderings, signage, POS, etc.)
• Package creative assets for assigned programs and submit through brand approval processes
• Research and onboard experiential vendors, fabricators, and technology partners
• Ensure all agency protocols are being followed including vendor agreements, accounting processes, recaps, etc.
• Coordinate assets and supplies, including furniture/fabrications, premiums, uniforms & laundry, collateral and prizing, and inventory, fulfillment & replenishment
• Onsite event logistics such as inventory maintenance, brand ambassador training, vendor management, venue/property liaison, etc.
• Create field activity reports, recaps, and metric tracking documents for all assigned events
• Work with agency partners, client support teams, partnership/venue contacts to deliver or request relevant information as requested by account services team
• Manage sweepstakes promotions and assist in prizing fulfillment

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline
• 4+ years' professional marketing experience; field/experiential marketing & events is a plus
• Agency experience highly preferred
• Motivated, self-starter, takes initiative – someone who is genuinely interested in the event, experiential and field marketing industry
• Detail oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Strong relationship manager – clients, support teams, partner agencies
• Interest in multicultural marketing
• Fluent Spanish is helpful, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive); PowerPoint & Excel skills are a must
