The Role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Sports and Entertainment Marketing Designer to join our innovative Telecom sponsorship team. The ideal candidate is a creative force with a passion for sports and entertainment marketing campaigns, experiential/live events, and design.

As an Entertainment and Sports Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually stunning marketing materials that effectively promote entertainment and sports flagship products and live events for our global Telecom partner. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring a consistent and captivating brand presence across various platforms

The Department

Responsibilities

Conceptualization and Design:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience, translating them into creative visual concepts.
• Develop conceptually led, visually compelling, and on-brand marketing materials, including but not limited to digital, social, and environmental, OOH, email campaigns, and promotional collateral. Motion experience is a plus.
• Bring concepts to life with innovative, design-forward ideas and execution that inspire the entire campaign across multiple touchpoints.
• Design engaging visuals that capture the essence of entertainment and sports that resonates with our target audience.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current trends in sports and entertainment marketing and design to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge and relevant.
• Ensure all designs are in line with brand identity, maintaining consistency across various platforms – Experiential, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, and Motion.
• Pride of craftsmanship – consistently deliver creative excellence that is defined by your originality that pushes boundaries and sets the trends versus following.
• Showcase creative curiosity, a spirit of daring, and in constant pursuit of innovation – looking to harness new technologies, processes, and applications.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
• Actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance design work.
• Assist in the creation of internal and client-facing presentations that can successfully articulate the solution through effective storytelling.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and product teams, to ensure alignment of creative assets with overall campaign strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and create designs that effectively communicate key messages. Provide feedback and a point-of-view with creative team members.
• Actively participate by sharing ideas and concepts within our collaborative and creative work environment.

Project Management:
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining a high standard of quality for all deliverables.

Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape in sports marketing to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns.
• Analyze the performance of past campaigns to inform future creative decisions and optimizations.

Requirements
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design
• Proven experience in entertainment and sports marketing design, with a strong portfolio
• showcasing a range of design projects/skills.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for entertainment and sports with a keen awareness of industry trends.
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines and be able to juggle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

Location

Based out of the Los Angeles or New York offices. This role is onsite/in office Tuesday thru Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is the following:

Los Angeles $67,000-$82,000

New York $67,000-$82,000

This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
