Our London office is hiring an Account Manager to service our growing list of clients with interests or existing marketing investments in gaming and esports.


We are seeking a capable and confident operator with an in-depth understanding of the esports landscape combined with a background in brand partnerships and client servicing.

The role will focus on one brand initially – a leading crypto exchange platform – but with potential to provide advisory and support to other brands and client teams in the Brand Consulting portfolio.

Working alongside the Account Lead, the Account Manager will be responsible for utilising and optimising our client's rights and assets across multiple esports partnerships and markets. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience developing and managing marketing campaigns for brands, working with teams, talent and rights holders to implement omni-channel activation plans - from on-event experiential to digital and social media strategy and management.

Main Responsibilities to include, but limited to:
• Assisting Account Lead with day-to-day operations of account.
• Campaign planning, research and idea generation.
• Effective management of sponsorship rights ensuring they are fully delivered, activated, and measured.
• Day to day relationship lead with partner esports organisations.
• Account administration, budget tracking and client reporting.
• Support Global markets on best practise activation of the partnership.
• Client, stakeholder and supplier liaison.
• Monitoring the latest trends in esports and gaming.
• Support the wider Brand Consulting team with esports and gaming enquiries from prospective and incumbent clients.
• Networking events and supporting with business development when required.

• Must have some agency or in-house experience.
• Must be a keen a gamer with a passion for video games and/or esports.
• Gaming/esports sponsorship experience is preferable, including exposure to strategic decision making, campaign planning, communications, asset development and amplification.
• Global experience liaising with markets is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and best in class client servicing, account handling and project management.
• Must have an organised and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Creative flair with a passion for ideas and innovative thinking.
• Confident presentation skills, verbal and written with a strong attention to detail.
