BUF Compagnie is one of France’s most prestigious visual effects studios, with more than 40 years of expertise in cinematic visual effects. With over 100 artists and engineers working between Paris and Montreal, BUF has contributed to the visual creation of more than 1,000 films and television series.

Recent VFX projects include: PROJECT HAIL MARY, LA BATAILLE DE GAULLE, YOUNG SHERLOCK, BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE, 3 BODY PROBLEM.

We are seeking a Sales Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Building Relationships : Must have and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients and partners in the film industry, while actively developing new business relationships.
• Presentation and Deal Negotiation : Responsible for all aspects of prospecting, pitching, presenting and negotiating with potential, new and existing business partners. Ensure the coordination of internal resources with the VFX producers to properly execute and service contracts.
• Meeting Sales Goals and Budgeting : Achieve and exceed annual sales budgets focusing on growth targets, while continuously generating incremental sales and revenue opportunities.

Requirements :

• Strong understanding of artistic VFX, and up to date knowledge on the VFX industry trends
• Strong base of existing relationships
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative
• Establishing and implementing strategic vision
• Advanced sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially verbal communication and presentation skills
• Genuine interest in BUF's work within the two facilities (projects, visual effects), and ability to introduce it to new clients

Salary : Commensurate with experience
