Job Description

The Post Production Coordinator serves as key point of contact for On Air Creative and Production teams within Bravo and E! Creative Marketing Departments. The post coordinator tracks key details spanning workflow, technology, work orders, servers and due dates, and communicates effectively as projects make their way through the pipeline of production and delivery. Skillset requires some technical knowledge of video, digital and graphics workflow processes, and the ability to be very detail oriented, organized and communicate effectively with many internal and external stakeholders. 

Post Production Coordinator will work with multiple internal and external departments, clients and vendors daily ensuring effective and diligent workflow.
• Work closely with the Production and Creative teams to coordinate workflow and schedules for all video and graphic production of promos, off air campaigns, sales reels, and various other Marketing deliverables for on air, online and out of home.
• Work with the Finishing Team and effectively communicate status of video projects, delivery timelines, and archiving of all video content.
• Maintain daily Ship Lists of all assets including video spots, digital art, and social assets with key status notes; maintain longer range schedules of all creative campaigns.
• Update and adjust delivery schedules as needed by effectively communicating with key personnel. Effectively communicate post-production schedules and changes to key post staff; make sure all creative and production personnel are aligned and working in tandem.
• Review broadcast programming schedules for the Bravo and E! networks; maintain an acute awareness of air dates for shows and target dates for promo campaigns to ensure deadlines are met and that schedules of delivery are accurate; adjust as needed on a constant basis.
• Anticipate post-production needs; be proactive about reserving sessions and resources with Finishing Team as needed.
• Oversee Quality Check of all assets before final delivery; flag branding and technical concerns and coordinate content and/or technical fixes accordingly.
• Communicate key issues to supervisors on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all workflow processes for both internal workflow and external vendors for hire.

Work with the Technology team to establish point to point connections for external parties.
• Serve as point of contact for all department software applications used by internal and external parties to onboard them and demonstrate proper usage of applications. Work with the Technology team to stay current with all applications; be forward facing with new technologies and workflows.
• Oversee and manage the movement of a large volume of media files between internal and external parties.
• Execute monthly reports of all music used in promo campaigns.
• Control department supply of external and portable hard drives, maintain tracking log, perform virus scans, copy media onto servers, follow folder organizational structures and identify best practices as workflows and technology evolves.
• Track all Restrictions of music and footage; communicate restriction to other key personnel.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of visual branding protocols for two separate networks (Bravo and E!)
• Screen, log and sub-clip footage for Creative Directors and Preditors often under deadline.
• Create video screener links of finished spots that air in high-profile broadcasts and events for the network (such as Live from E!).
• Work with key production personnel to design for best workflow to ingest, color correct, distribute raw and color corrected shoot footage.
• Facilitate Voiceover recording process by collecting scripts from producers and providing them to VO talent and the Audio Facility recording VO session, working in conjunction with other coordinators.
• Work with Production Managers to devise best workflow for outside vendors.
• Support other production staff as needed.

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 year's previous production experience in a post-production environment.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
