YouTube Programming, Bleacher Report (Temporary)

Your New Role...

The YouTube programming temp will be responsible for curating and planning content for Bleacher Report's YouTube channel. They are tasked with driving channel growth and coordinating and distributing content across the platform.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Content curation (YouTube, Shorts)
• Assist in daily planning
• Social platform maintenance (YouTube, Shorts)
• Market research
• Help coordinate with programming and production team to distribute clips from live B/R interviews and shows
• Drive steady growth of subscribers, channel views and overall engagement on both YouTube and Shorts
• Experiment with platform trends and convert them into repeatable content franchises that align with B/R's voice and programming strategy

Qualifications & Experience...
• Deep understanding of YouTube and Shorts: content ID, platform trends, best practices optimized for algorithm
• Able to write clean copy and proofread
• Passion for pop culture, sports, and digital media
• Ability to work in a team environment, mainly nights and weekends
• Able to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlines
• Experience working for media organization, pro/college sports team, agency
• Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere preferred)

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $39,312.00 - $73,008.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
