The Job

B/R Gaming is seeking a full-time video programmer who will lead real-time digital video curation, discovery, and editing across all available platforms (digital, social, O&O, TV). We're looking for someone with a strong knowledge of gaming, social platforms, sports and culture to meet fan demands across our always-on and premium content offerings.

The Daily
• Work closely with Brand Strategy lead and strategists to execute & implement video programming strategy
• Lead discovery and curation of video-based real-time opportunities for content
• Collaborate with B/R Gaming team to determine storylines for social media programming
• Prep and edit video assets to be distributed across all of B/R Gaming's platforms

The Essentials
• 1-2 years experience in digital media, social media or content curation
• 1-2 years video editing experience, ideally in gaming or related fields
• Demonstrated skill in video editing, including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator, After Effect)
• Extensive knowledge of gaming culture, content, personalities & conversation (e.g. Twitch and YouTube streams and VOD)
• Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
• Awareness of Bleacher Report's voice
• Previous experience in gaming or sports social media programming is preferred
