Production Assistant, Bleacher Report (Temporary)

Bleacher Report seeks a production assistant with solid knowledge of the sports landscape and internet culture to help produce for our short-form social team.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Support the Field Production team across pre-production, on-site shoots, and post-production.
• Contribute to brainstorms, research talent, and assist with production planning.
• Collaborate with editors to shape final cuts and guide content through the post-production process.
• Log footage and help maintain internal trackers with links, assets, and notes.
• Stay up to date on sports storylines, digital trends, and internet culture to inform content
• Be available for irregular hours and occasional on-site support at athlete shoots and live events.

Qualifications & Experiences
• 1+ Year(s) of work in sports, digital media, content creation or social media. Some post-production experience preferred.
• Must have a strong familiarity with the NBA, NFL and college sports with a decent understanding of the rest of the sports landscape.
• Deep knowledge of sports, athletes, and pop culture crossovers
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Great attention to detail and creative mindset
• Strong communication skills -- calls, email, Slack
• Bonus: Understanding of editing software like Adobe Premiere

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $39,312.00 - $73,008.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
