What the Gameplay Programmer will do at BioWare:

You will work with our animation, design, and programming teams to develop the technology necessary to delight our players with fantastic new gameplay experiences. You will report to our Lead Engine Programmer.

Who You Are:

You are a collaborative developer with several years of experience developing systems for AAA console and PC video games. You have the capability to guide the development of technology features using solutions. You want to help us build the best games in the industry.

Responsibilities:
• Work with artists and designers on solutions that further our games' vision.
• Develop a variety of gameplay systems that meet technical requirements and achieve the creative vision.
• Leverage and extend existing engine systems to support new and improved gameplay features.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional C++/C# experience and an understanding of software design principles.
• Experience debugging and optimizing systems for AAA PC and console games.
• Experience with gameplay, graphics, and engine concepts is valuable.
