Job Description
Job Title: Creative Services Project Manager
Department: Brand & Content
Location: Baltimore, MD (Oriole Park at Camden Yards)
Reports To: Vice President, Brand & Content
FLSA: Salary, Exempt
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and brand-savvy Project Manager to join our Brand & Content team. This person will serve as the central point of intake, planning, and execution for all creative requests across the company-from small-scale needs to high-impact campaign assets like TV, digital ads, and OOH placements. This role functions as a cross-functional service hub ensuring every creative request is delivered on time, on brand, and with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Project Management:
• Traffic, prioritize and information-gather for inbound creative requests. This person will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of company-wide creative requests from initial intake through final delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Serve as the liaison between internal departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Corporate Partnerships) and the Brand & Content team to ensure priorities are clearly communicated and aligned.
Workflow & Timeline Management:
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time at each project checkpoint.
Asset Delivery Oversight:
• Manage the production of a wide range of creative outputs, including internal materials (e.g., event invites) and large-scale campaigns (e.g., paid media assets for broadcast and digital platforms).
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with creative team and stakeholders to track progress, solve roadblocks, and keep teams informed throughout every project - including scheduling milestone check-ins for feedback and alignment.
Centralized Project Oversight:
• Maintain a clear, organized view of all creative projects using digital tools like Asana. Ensure every project is tracked, prioritized, and visible to relevant teams so that nothing falls through the cracks.
Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of experience in creative project management or related roles (agency or in-house).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality projects on schedule.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing people and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with creative production workflows (both video and graphic).
• Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable).
What We're Looking For:
• A resourceful, solution-oriented team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring order to creative chaos.
• Someone who takes pride in being the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps creative moving-and keeps it great.
• A reliable partner who treats internal teams like clients-professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented.
• Someone who can calmly manage multiple deadlines, navigate shifting priorities, and keep teams aligned without missing a beat.
• A detail-obsessed project manager who's just as comfortable tracking a TV production as they are routing a quick-turn event flyer.
