Graphics Designer / Media Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Editor/Graphics Designer/Media Manager for the production/digital departments at Bally Sports Detroit.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Avid editor for all networks linear and digital needs
• Oversee the operation of Bally Sports Detroit's AVID systems, Interplay, iNews, Airspeeds, and other systems
• Design and edit high-end graphics for special projects for linear and digital platforms
• Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive media managing system for the network
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer and Director of Operations to determine policies and procedures for all Avid systems

Requirements:
• Highly experienced with non-linear editing systems, strong preference to AVID
• Strong creative vision with the ability to utilize existing sports highlights and graphic elements
• Consistently produce compelling and captivating content
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of sports in Michigan is preferred
• Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines is key
