Job Description
Bally Sports+ is seeking a Creative Strategy and Operations Manager who will be an outstanding addition to our Marketing Team. In this role, you will serve as the creative ambassador by providing expertise across owned and paid channels to implement proven and innovative practices to drive subscriber growth and engagement at optimal effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to lead asset management and sourcing, execute routings, and traffic deliverables against deadlines. The right person for this role has a seasoned creative eye combined with capable project management skills and an excellent ability to collaborate cross functionally.

• Serve as the creative authority for Bally Sports+ by sustaining knowledge of all assets along with current and future best practices by channel
• Develop and maintain a dynamic creative tracker and asset repository to allow for expedient referencing and performance insights extraction by stakeholders
• Oversee the development, sourcing, and delivery of Bally Sports+ creative assets across all marketing verticals
• Lead creative routings for Bally Sports+ as identified to ensure effective deliveries against trafficking deadlines
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand creative needs across platforms and provide recommendations to drive optimizations
• Understand and have working knowledge of our marketing channels, Regional and Team Partners, and media vendors to successfully lead creative recommendations
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement ongoing reporting against creative learnings across channels to share insights and drive advancements

• 5-7 years' work experience; prior experience working in Sports, Media, or a general Marketing centric role
• Strong creative intuition combined with a solid understanding of asset formats and delivery solutions
• Detail-oriented, with exemplary project management skills to provide deliverables against deadlines
• Familiarity with paid media across verticals and the associated creative opportunities (Social, Search, Programmatic, Affiliate, Native, Email, Push, etc.)
• Results-oriented self-starter with humility, empathy, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus-building
• Adept communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, collaborating across multiple internal and external teams

• Prior experience at a premium streaming content provider
• Experience with AirTable & JIRA

The base salary compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $115,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
