Job Description

Bally Sports is seeking a Coordinator, Music Librarian to join the team! Bally Sports is the nation's leading provider of local sports and owns & operates 21 regional sports networks across the country. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Santa Monica, CA.

THE JOB:
• SourceAudio:
• Create new SourceAudio user accounts by request and assign new users to their appropriate directory group with IT Service Desk.
• Provide SSO login instructions and general tech support for users attempting to access SourceAudio.
• Monitor music library access for all RSNs/Sinclair properties per licensing agreements.
• Upload Hunt Valley (in-house music library) music tracks to SourceAudio and enter the metadata into new track profiles.
• Create and publish Featured/ENCO Group playlists for users to access.
• Manage Sinclair's SourceAudio website design and layout.
• Coordinate with SourceAudio representative for bugs and improvements.
• Creative:
• Create custom audio edits of music tracks
• Design artwork for all SourceAudio playlists
• Internal creative only, not pitching music to production.
• ENCO:
• Create track profiles in SincMusic and upload newly requested music to ENCO.
• Organize all tracks in ENCO by user-friendly categories and music library via Excel.
• Delete any expired music library and commercial tracks from all Team libraries.
• Coordinate with ENCO representative for bugs and improvements.
• Cue Sheets:
• Assist with processing cue sheets.
• Process in SincMusic (internal cue sheet database).
• MISC:
• Monitor email inbox and provide tech support for producers/programmers where needed.
• Other projects as assigned.
• Who You Are:
• Someone who is extremely organized and can edit music as needed.
• This is not a typical 8 hour day position, depending on the work load and urgency the person will be called upon to get it done, flexibility is a must.
• Someone who does well under pressure.
• Someone who is capable of handling a large quantity of audio and able to discern what the musical differences are between each.
• Someone who is a problem solver and comes up with ways to work smarter, not harder.
