Business Strategy Analyst - PT

Reporting to the COO of the Direct-to-Consumer (''DTC'') division, we are looking for a passionate, analytical business strategist with deep streaming experience who is passionate about the future of sports and thrives solving complex business challenges in a nimble, fast moving setting.

Bally Sports+ - Business Strategy Manager
• Conduct and recommend ad hoc business analyses to solve acquisition, engagement or other customer and product challenges. These may include, but not be exclusive to new offers, pricing, bundles, features, content and much more.
• Evaluate business and go-to-market plans and recommend strategic pivots where necessary
• Oversee build of detailed financial models and business cases to facilitate decision-making
• Keep Management apprised of competitive and cultural developments within sports and recommend pivots, other actions
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively where necessary

Requirements:
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week through April, 2023
• Demonstrated success in presentation development and business analysis
• Experience in using data, financial metrics and analytics for decision making
• Passion for the digital media landscape
• Adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
• Point of view on the future of sports and platforms/distribution models that are desirable to sports fans

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $34 to $36 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
