Overview

AmperWave is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President Programmatic to lead our programmatic supply side platform strategy and execution across all of AmperWave's publisher clients. The Vice President, Programmatic Revenue will work closely with senior leadership and product teams to drive programmatic revenue growth through product innovation, insights and analysis, strategic partnership management, and efficient and modern operations. Further, this role will build toward a vision with a modern architecture that allows a comprehensive view on user yield, and dynamic yield management.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Develop and execute programmatic product, integration, and partnership strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Establish and manage relationships with programmatic partners, including exchanges, demand-side, reach-extension platforms for Amperwave and its clients
• Monitor and optimize programmatic revenue performance across multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement new AmperWave programmatic revenue models and revenue streams.
• Oversee and manage AmperWave programmatic ad operations, including trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising, serving on industry committees, key events, and representing Amperwave
• Provide leadership and expertise across the organization on these revenue channels.
• Prepare expert analysis and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency for Amperwave and its clients

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of driving yield growth.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, including exchanges, demand-side platforms, and data providers.
• Experience managing programmatic partnerships and negotiating revenue share agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze programmatic revenue data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for Washington-based and remote individuals expressing interest in this position is $200,000/Yr.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
