The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $75K base salary plus bonus potential of $50K. Salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Develop New Business: Focus on proactively generating new clients and building long-lasting relationships with local, regional, and national decision-makers.
• Create Winning Campaigns: Design custom, multi-channel advertising campaigns using audio, digital, and events to help clients s/ucceed.
• Expand Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Exceed Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring clients' needs are met throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Strategic Collaboration: Provide critical feedback to internal teams, helping refine our offerings and positioning in the market.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging digital trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions for clients.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
• 1-5 years of experience in media sales (digital & audio preferred)
• A minimum of 1-2 years of digital sales experience with a strong track record of developing new business and hitting goals
• Strong understanding of digital, audio, and interactive marketing.
• You are a skilled communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder, with the ability to connect with key stakeholders at all levels.
• A goal-oriented, creative mindset that finds innovative solutions for clients.
• Salesforce, Google Suite, and social media ad platforms proficiency.
• Suggestion: Reside in one of the following markets: Nashville / Salt Lake City / Omaha / Birmingham / Cincinnati
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
