We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team to help support our markets in making great hires!

The ideal candidate for this opportunity is task oriented, highly organized, has strong communication and customer service skills and can quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment. We are a collaborative team that prides ourselves on working closely with our Hiring Managers to recruit and provide our candidates with a great interview experience.

This opportunity is available in any of Audacy's markets across the US.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Standard administrative recruitment activities, including but not limited to post jobs, review job templates, connect the hiring manager with Audacy's Manager of Compensation (if needed) and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained via our applicant tracking system
• Ensure all compliance standards are being met when postings jobs
• Hold in-take calls with hiring managers
• Screen in-bound resumes to narrow down the candidate pool for the Hiring Manager
• Create phone screen scripts and conduct initial screening interviews, submitting notes and recommendations to the hiring managers
• Source/cold-call passive candidates, screen, and assess candidates to determine job fit
• Conduct reference checks as needed
• Prepare offer letters, mediate the negotiation process, request background checks when applicable, work with HR to kick off the on-boarding process
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives
• Adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting to maintain compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

More About You:

Required:
• 3+ years of administrative recruiting support and working with hiring manager (agency and in-house preferred) (Media Industry experience strongly preferred)
• Successful project management skills, especially: strength in achieving deadlines, being proactive, catching errors, problem solving and keeping other accountable
• Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality
• Exceptionable ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests
• Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail; proven ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
• Excellent collaboration and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree required

Strongly Preferred:
• Experience screening/interviewing candidates in verticals such as: digital, sales, technology, product, finance, marketing, audio and video production, content creation, etc.
• Experience providing recommendations to Hiring Managers post phone-screen and being a true partner during the recruitment cycle
• Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management and diversity sourcing

The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $45,000-$75,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as candidate location, internal and external equity.
