Overview

Audacy Austin & Houston is looking for a highly motivated Digital Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our digital products and services among both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Collect and analyze marketing data, including customer and web behavioral data, to inform digital sales strategies.
• Monitor and review current campaigns, analyzing metrics to identify areas for optimization and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with other sales representatives to identify and generate digital sales opportunities, fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.
• Develop and present customized digital solutions to clients, leveraging a deep understanding of digital concepts and platforms.
• Manage multiple tasks with precision planning and anticipation, ensuring client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:
• Bilingual proficiency preferred.
• 2+ years of sales-related experience preferred.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Proven success in building client marketing campaigns using digital platforms such as Search, Social, Display, and Video.
• Thorough understanding of advertising and multi-channel, customer-centric marketing techniques.
• Creative mindset with the ability to devise unique campaigns tailored to client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and positive attitude with effective communication skills.
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
