Overview
Audacy's Digital Team is looking for a Key Accounts Specialist who will be assisting with the management of the company's largest and most important clients. The qualified candidate will primarily be responsible for post-sales activity including oversight of campaign set-up, monitoring and analyzing digital advertising campaigns and ongoing support for the key clients. Qualified applicants will be experts in data analysis, have an exceptional eye for detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-pace environment.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Ongoing audits of key clients' digital campaigns to guarantee flawless execution
• Proactive digital advertising campaign performance monitoring and analysis to ensure the campaigns are performing within or above clients' KPI expectations
• Communication with internal and external clients on their digital advertising campaign fulfillment and performance
• Perpetual engagement with on-going industry research and best practices
Qualifications
Who You are:
Required & Preferred:
• Minimum of 2 years of digital advertising experience and/or operations
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet goals
• Knowledge of digital platforms including: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, Trade Desk, etc
• Bachelor's degree required
