Overview

An active participant in the sales process, from start to finish, lending not only administrative support but creative ideation and client / customer service. Responsibilities also include attending client meetings with Account Executives and interacting directly with clients. Must be energetic and enthusiastic with time management skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks for many people. Must have endurance, patience and superior time and project management skills.

The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $45,000-$50,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Acts as VIP liaison to Audacy Denver's top clients
• Conducts industry and company research for key accounts and laying out in presentation form.
• Assists sales staff in proposal development, ideas, execution and recaps for our largest clients.
• Acts as a liaison with marketing and promotions regarding client sponsorships and other potential projects.
• Proposal development with guidance from account executives including presentation quality graphics
• Gathering and assembling of all materials needed for campaign recaps for Account Executives
• Can participates in Account Executive training.
• Assists on Key Accounts with order entry and other administrative tasks.
• Plans and executes client entertainment events
• General assistance at client VIP events as needed
• May pick up or delivers materials at client locations
• Can participates in Account Executive training.
• Represents Audacy in a highly ethical and professional manner.

Qualifications

Required:
• Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Graphic design including Adobe
• Strong customer service skills and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Responsible, dependable, hard working and a great attitude.
• May have to move or lift supplies and equipment up to 25 lbs.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree preferred with a marketing background. Associates degree or equivalent from a two year college may be acceptable. Vaccination Requirements
