Overview

This is a remote opportunity for the right person to start on the ground floor of a new and soon to be expanding sales effort with long term growth potential into account management and/or team leader positions. This person will be reporting to the manager in Rochester, NY. Competitive salary plus commission for the right person plus benefits package that includes health care, dental, vacation, sick pay, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Contact leads to arrange meetings with field sales reps
• Log calls into new CRM, with follow up and next actions required
• Promote and sell new products to clients over the phone
• Answer questions regarding products and services
• Assist with other projects/duties as needed

Qualifications

About You:

Required and Preferred:
• Must possess strong telephone, customer service and communication skills
• Must have 2+ years of call center or customer service experience, preferably outbound
• Must be able to handle objections and think on the fly
• Must be reliable, have a positive work ethic and a positive attitude
• Must be detail orientated
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required
