Overview

Attention Recent Graduates! Audacy is currently seeking an HRIS administrator to join our HR team! The hired individual will play an important role in supporting our overall HR technical & data needs, goals and initiatives. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Provide technical support to the benefits, talent acquisition, and HR departments on various projects, complex reporting needs, file feed integrations, and more.
• Assist with system administrator duties for UltiPro/UKG (HRIS), PlanSource (benefits administration system), iCIMS (applicant tracking system and onboarding system)
• Support and provide data for annual compliance reporting obligations such as OFCCP Reporting, ACA Reporting, EEO reporting, annual nondiscrimination testing / reporting for Health & Welfare Plans and 401(k) Plan, and various quarterly reporting as required.
• Manage HRIS document acknowledgement configuration and reporting.
• Ongoing administration and maintenance for various HRIS file feed integrations with vendors including troubleshooting, and resolving root cause issues within integrations.
• Regular auditing of HRIS/benefits data to ensure data quality & integrity.
• Oversee and configure HRIS users' access and security roles.
• Troubleshoot end user's access issues
• Respond to ticketing system for various technical issues or questions
• Responsible for the administration and configuration of the Job Titles database within our HRIS.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests from management.
• Special duties and projects assigned as needed to support ever changing business needs.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Advanced excel skills required.
• Intermediate SQL skills preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• iCIMS, UKG experience, a plus.
