Audacy's Political Partnerships Team is dedicated to fully accessing this national media platform for the benefit of Political Candidates and Advocacy Initiatives by state or region. The PoliticalTeam is responsible for building a growing portfolio of political clients at the city, county, state and federal level in key regions across the country. Our work is centered on understanding political candidate/advocacy marketing needs, serving our agency partners and leveraging the power of local media to move audiences toward action to vote one way or another.

This is the ideal role for a high caliber marketing professional with significant success in campaign management and fulfillment who is looking to join a growing division for Audacy. As Political Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of platforms for several assigned markets. This role is focused on pre and post sales fulfillment from research, working with sales teams to gather assets and work with fulfillment teams for campaigns across a wide range of platforms.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Support and Back up to VP, Political and Advocacy Partnerships
• Support the National Rep Firm-Katz for Audacy stations
• Research on Clients/Races/Campaigns
• Landscape/organization of each election year's races
• Creation of Political Sales Presentations and Materials
• Lead research and generation
• Local/State updates and training for local markets
• Tracking Revenue and Coding in Wide Orbit
• Pre and Post Sale Strategy for Political Revenue Category
• Implement Project Plans to build deliverables
• Management of timelines and deadlines
• Monitor and Control project deliverables
• Collaboration with other departments-i.e. Digital, Data Solutions
• Client interface and follow up
• Support, Interface and Tracking -50-State Consultant Partnership
• FCC Sales Compliance support in conjunction with Legal
• Creation of FCC Sales Training Presentations

Qualifications

More About You:

Required:
• Minimum 1 years' experience working in Political Category or in Media• Strong command of Google docs, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills• Efficiently find the stories in research, data and present the stories clearly and confidently• Ownership of processes or tasks that are at risk to not be completed and step in, raise awareness, and work with the team to make sure we achieve optimal outcomes• Continual and natural problem solver, ability to learn quickly and proactively seek solutions• Ability to multi task efficiently in a organized, logical, process-oriented manner• Comfortable working with ambiguity and is able to prioritize accordingly• Professional demeanor; comfortable presenting to and interacting directly with clients• Ability to foster a positive relationship with key team members at all levels, internal as well as external• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred
