Overview

Audacy South Florida is looking for an experienced, proven leader as General Sales Manager. Qualified candidates must have a strong track record in revenue performance and sales leadership. We are a high performance driven and accountable organization that values high character, creativity, and courage. This role will help drive revenue growth on our seven (7) highly influential radio stations with an emphasis on digital, sports, and live events. This candidate will drive revenue performance while creating a positive culture and achieving results.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Responsible for achieving revenue goals
• Effectively manage a direct team of Account Executives
• Create sales (audio, digital, experiential, etc.) opportunities that align with client needs and demand
• Attend face-to-face calls with Accounts Executives
• Lead, motivate, and train sales team - including but not limited to - digital audio, attribution, data, digital
• Own financial metrics, including pricing, inventory, revenue, pacing and forecasting
• Maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Monitor competition and trends in the market
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:
• Minimum 5+ years General Sales Manager experience in media, radio and/or digital, podcasting, streaming and social
• Must be goal-driven with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of time management and organizational skills.
• Strong background in Strategic Account Management, sales training/leadership, negotiating and pricing
• Must know how to motivate, inspire, and have fun!
• Positive and winning attitude a must
• 4 year degree preferred
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required
