Overview

The BetQL team at Audacy is looking for an experienced, data-driven Director, Lifecycle Marketing to lead the strategy and direct a team responsible for new user growth and adoption of its sports betting content, mobile app, affiliates, and subscription offering. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and executing full-funnel growth strategies for a mobile app, subscription or streaming service, or sportsbook. They should be comfortable using acquisition and LTV data and models to provide insights and recommendations to drive and evolve the paid media, segmentation, testing and offer strategy.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Develop growth strategy and manage marketing team to drive customer acquisition and Affiliate conversions, across both paid and owned channels
• Collaborate across finance and marketing groups to strategically deploy paid media budgets, track performance, and scale/optimize spending
• Drive adoption of BetQL's subscription offering, affiliates, and sports betting content
• Identify and develop new growth channels and monthly test initiatives, while analyzing and scaling the best opportunities
• Partner with Manager, CRM to effectively drive subscription purchases, affiliate conversions, and website traffic
• Utilize owned channels (email, SMS, in-apps) to increase customer retention and reduce churn
• Collaborate with Audacy stakeholders to cross-promote BetQL throughout Audacy owned properties (digital, social, radio, web)
• Oversee creative process, managing designers to execute creative needs and maintain brand consistency across paid and owned campaigns
• Manage attribution partner (Branch) and report on performance for both paid and owned channels
• Partner with Product leads on offer strategy
• Analyze and report on KPI's including CAC, CPI, LTV, ROI, key performance metrics paid social platforms and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs

Qualifications

More About You:
• 4-8 years experience managing performance media and acquisition strategy and campaigns in support of a streaming product, mobile app, sportsbook or direct-to-consumer product
• You can effectively communicate the ''why'' behind a story using data and findings
• You're both technically savvy and creatively inclined - you're comfortable analyzing data to inform audience targeting and creative performance
• Experience scaling multi-media paid media campaigns (including paid search, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Apple Ads, etc)
• Experience with mobile and web tracking and attribution, and building a strong attribution strategy from the ground up: Branch or other MMP experience strongly preferred
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization
• Experience with overseeing the creative process, including copywriting and creative assets
• Sports or sports betting industry experience a plus

Additional Information

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $120,000-$150,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
