Overview

Audacy is looking for a Director for Digital Sales & Campaign Management for our Central Region. (St. Louis, Kansas City, Memphis, Chattanooga, Denver). This is the ideal role for a high caliber leader with proven success in digital sales and campaign management. Audacy's digital organization is focused on providing local and regional businesses best-in-class solutions designed to help them aggressively compete for customers. Candidates for this role must have both digital sales experience and campaign management experience, and be able to step in and both drive the company's revenue and lead a digital campaign support team. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding and history of new business development, lead generation, digital campaign operations and management of teams.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Work with Account Executives and consult local and regional businesses to understand their needs and aspirations so that tailored solutions can be designed, implemented and executed.
• Execute an overall business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of digital revenue goals.
• Continuous training of Audacy sales process, products, operations and the Audacy sales story.
• Educate sales managers and account executives on digital tools and opportunities.
• On-going consultation with sold clients regarding the performance of their purchased campaigns.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Responsible for achieving market digital sales goals.
• Hire and manage dedicated staff to support digital advertising campaigns.
• Lead a team of digital campaign managers who support multi-product local digital market campaigns
• Maintain a high level of expertise across Audacy's suite of digital products and services
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:
• 5 years + experience leading both digital sales & support teams
• Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and the ability to meet deadlines are required.
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
