Overview

Audacy New York is seeking a qualified individual for the full time position of Continuity Coordinator.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

You will work closely with the sales, programming, production and accounting departments.

Duties include:
• Enter and modify copy instructions for local and national sales orders
• Review and revise production orders for distribution to our commercial production department and other reporting.
• Must be able to work closely with team members and able to handle Traffic duties if necessary.

Qualifications

About You:

The successful candidate will have prior experience in commercial traffic and/or continuity and excellent computer skills. Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a high volume department requiring strong organizational and time management skills. Must work well in a team environment, be self-motivated and pay strict attention to detail. Attendance/punctuality is a must. Multi-tasking and flexibility are essential. Must be able to work well with sales people in a high paced environment.
