Overview
Audacy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audience Product Manager to join our innovative Revenue Organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing audience targeting strategies and will work on the development and implementation of cutting-edge data products that leverage identity and data insights to optimize audience targeting to drive value for our advertisers. As a key contributor to our Advertising & Audience Product team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions and drive business growth.
As the Audience Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing audience-related products and features that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of audience segmentation, user behavior, and data-driven product development, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Product Manage: Collaborate with sales, vendors, engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly audience products that aligns with our advertising goals and delivers identity and data-driven products that line up with the Audacy sales teams vision and goals.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work Closely with internal teams, including technical product team, product marketing, sales, planning and Ad Ops to ensure seamless integration of audience products and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Process Optimization: Continuously review data operations workflows, data marketplaces, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to streamline processes and enhance data accessibility.
• Project Management: Manage multiple audience-focused programs simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Track and report on the performance of audience-focused programs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement robust data quality checks and validations to maintain a high standard of data integrity, identifying and resolving data discrepancies promptly.
• Process Optimization: Continuously review data operations workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to streamline processes and enhance data accessibility.
• Data Integration: Explore and integrate identity solutions and new third-party data sources to enrich our audience targeting solutions.
• Audience Segmentation: Utilize data-driven audience segmentation techniques to identify and target relevant customer segments, maximizing the impact of First-party, Second-party(Client data) and Third-party (data marketplace)
• Market Trends Monitoring Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, industry best practices, and competitive insights, shaping product enhancements and differentiators.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about data privacy regulations and industry standards, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and maintaining the highest standards of data security.
Qualifications

Required & Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product & project management, specifically in advertising technology, identity management, or data-driven audience targeting.
• Understanding of advertising platforms, identity solutions, data management platforms (DMPs), and data privacy considerations.
• Project management experience with a track record of successful program execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.

Additional Information
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $130,000-$150,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
