You would have extensive marketing assets to offer your clients. We offer a base salary plus the opportunity to earn commission.

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for Seattle based individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,000 to $150,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

What You'll Do:
• Building strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
• Proactively develop new business by using all of our advertising and marketing assets
• Creating marketing campaigns and strategically selling to local and regional decision makers
• Closing business and executing the client campaign as agreed upon
• Provide exceptional customer service for your clients
• Achieve sales objectives and goals
• Continually build your knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:
• Building strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
• Proactively develop new business by using all of our advertising and marketing assets
• Creating marketing campaigns and strategically selling to local and regional decision makers
• Closing business and executing the client campaign as agreed upon
• Provide exceptional customer service for your clients
• Achieve sales objectives and goals
• Continually build your knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations
• Additional duties as assigned
• High school graduate required
• Must also have basic knowledge of MS office products, i.e., MS Word and Windows environment.
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
• Self-motivated, goal driven confident and creative

Preferred:
• Prior experience in sales/marketing; previous radio sales experience, news, sports, or sponsorship sales preferred
