Why you want to join our sales team:You'll have the ability to create multi-channel advertising campaigns from local, regional to national scale with products such as; broad reach over the air radio, stream and podcast, SEM/SEO, OTT, display,social, heritage local and national events and more. Access to ongoing industry training, peer to peer/cross market idea and success sharing. Support team on all levels. Plus, Audacy offers an attractive base salary plus commission and bonus compensation beyond quotaattainment. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
• Proactively develop new business via email/cold call/networking/referrals on an ongoing basis
• Meet with clients and conduct thorough needs analysis of their business
• Create multi-faceted effective marketing plans based on each individual client needs
• Communicate effectively with other departments internally to ensure client needs are being met
• Achieve sales goals, attend internal meetings and training meeting (both in person and virtually)
• Always provide top quality service to clients in a professional manner.

Qualifications

About You:Candidates must have a positive attitude and a drive to win! Self-motivation is essential and youapproach this position as you are the CEO of your own business.

Required & Preferred:
• Proven success in selling media, event sponsorships or digital platforms.
• Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop new business and manage the sales process with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital and audio/tv.
• Self-motivated, goal driven and creative.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Bring a winning positive attitude to the team.
• Basic knowledge of: G-suite products and Salesforce. Zoominfo is a bonus.
• Valid drivers license, insurance and a satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check is required.
