IMDb TV, launched in 2019, is Amazon's free, ad-supported streaming video channel, enabling customers to watch hit TV shows, top Hollywood movies and more without purchasing a subscription. IMDb TV's mission is to build earth's most customer-centric premium ad-supported video service, making premium licensed and original content free and convenient for hundreds of millions of customers to enjoy. Amazon Studios, launched in 2010, is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon, producing Original and licensing premium content for IMDb TV, similar to their role worldwide for Amazon's Prime Video. Sitting within Amazon Studios, IMDb TV's Content & Programming team is buying and making content for IMDb TV, delivering a premium AVOD experience to IMDb TV customers.

The IMDb TV Content & Programming team is seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Creative Program Manager to further our ambitions in the AVOD space and with premium original programming. Reporting to the Co-heads of Content & Programming, the successful candidate will be a proven leader who thrives under pressure, and is excited by the challenge of raising the bar for our customers, helping drive growth, engagement and awareness of IMDb TV. As collaboration is key, IMDb TV 's executives should have a persuasive, clear and professional verbal and written communication style. The candidate must be a big thinker, with the confidence to both defend opinions and collaborate in a highly pressured environment, with the ability to problem solve on a daily basis, with and without supervision.
As Senior Creative Program Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of programs and processes in early stage that will need to be defined and built in order to ensure the Content & Programming team's operations and planning processes are optimized for success. This includes leading cross-team domestic and international programs, managing internal communications, and ensuring all teams are aligned and clear on goals. Working with our studio partners globally, a core job function is to make it trivially easy to onboard into IMDb TV, defining and prioritizing asks from our partners, and summarizing state of the business for org wide communication and senior leadership reviews.

The successful candidate will bring bold new programmatic approaches and mechanisms that ensures customer insights are folded into how we develop and grow new business opportunities to enhance our customer experience around the world.

Key activities include:
• Driving effective, efficient communication and collaboration for projects that span multiple functions within IMDb TV and teams throughout Amazon
• Interacting with and influencing Originals executives, key business partners, including but not limited to Strategy, Business Affairs, Public Relations, Production, Ad Sales, Product Managers, Finance and Content Acquisition Managers to define and deliver complex initiatives
• Anticipating bottlenecks, managing escalations, making tradeoffs, and balance business needs vs. technical constraints
• Defining efficient, repeatable processes that can enable the business to scale
• Taking large, complex projects and breaking them down into manageable pieces
• Interpreting customer feedback and using the analysis to drive process improvements
• Developing and disseminating critical project and program information to stakeholders
• Developing mechanisms, processes, and measurement of programs' performance

You will be able to identify and drive process improvements, business insights, and influence others to drive growth in this business. Your ability to manage change with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment is paramount to success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 7+ years experience delivering cross functional projects or 5+ years of experience with an MBA
• 7+ years experience in program or project management or 5+ years of experience with an MBA
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining and executing against program requirements
• Proven ability to influence others and consult with domestic and international stakeholders remotely and on-location.
• Experience collaborating with business owners to define key business questions and building data sets that answer those questions
• Able to work in a cross-disciplinary team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Video or supply chain experience
• Certified Project/Program management credentials
• Demonstrated expertise in process management or Six Sigma/green belt certification preferred
• Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries
