We are currently seeking an experienced Creative Coordinator for our Amazon SPLATAM Original Movies team. This role will allow you to display your passion for film, while allowing you to learn both the business and the creative process. You should have an understanding of both story structure and terminology used to describe it.

You will use your excellent communication and written skills to respond to situations and events that require quick action or turnaround; and efficiently and creatively solve interesting and complex problems that affect the teams you will be working with.

Responsibilities
• Development tracking as well as providing notes on submitted scripts, pitches, treatments, and cuts.
• Coordinating and interfacing with other departments including but not limited to: marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production, and post-production teams.
• Interfacing with all levels of Amazon Studios employees as well assist in communication with external stakeholders and the creative community on a daily basis.
• Conducting research as needed and maintain general tracking of industry players, overall deals, trends and the competitive landscape.
• Sourcing and support of creative projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience as an assistant at a studio or production company or 1+ year experience as a creative executive
• Experience assessing industry talent and trends
Fluent in Spanish
Working knowledge of English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Latin American industry talent and trends.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent story skills.
