Job Description
Amazon Studios is seeking a Technology Integration Manager to lead cloud integration initiatives and drive adoption of emerging technologies across our post production operations. You'll partner with Studios Technology teams and Post Executives to design and implement new workflows, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless onboarding of shows into cutting-edge applications. This role sits at the intersection of technology and production, requiring both technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver solutions that scale across multiple content types.
Key job responsibilities
• Partner with Studios Technology teams and Post Executives to design, implement, and manage cloud-based workflows and integrations that support post production operations across scripted, unscripted, and film content
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies for post production workflows, automation opportunities, and next-generation content creation platforms
• Serve as the primary liaison between post production teams and technology vendors, managing relationships, evaluating new solutions, and ensuring vendor performance meets studio standards
• Lead the onboarding process for new shows into post production applications including Flow Capture and new internal tooling, creating documentation and training materials to ensure smooth adoption
• Drive internal and external application adoption by developing training programs, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing ongoing support to post production teams and external partners
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems across multiple systems and workflows, working cross-functionally with Creative, Localization, Delivery, Marketing, and Prime Video Operations teams
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, integrations, and standard operating procedures that can be leveraged globally across Amazon Studios
• Track and report on technology adoption metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimization
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across different content types (scripted series, unscripted, films), balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs
• Stay current with emerging post production technologies and industry trends to inform strategic technology decisions
A day in the life
You'll start your day reviewing the status of ongoing cloud integration projects and checking in with Studios Technology teams on new workflow implementations. You might lead a vendor demo for an emerging post production tool, evaluating whether it meets our technical requirements and can scale across our global operations. In the afternoon, you could be troubleshooting an application issue for a high-priority series launch, coordinating with multiple teams to resolve the blocker quickly. You'll also spend time onboarding a new show into our post production ecosystem, training the production company's team on Amazon's technical requirements and platform usage. Throughout the day, you're the go-to expert for technology questions, helping post executives and coordinators navigate complex technical challenges while building relationships with both internal partners and external vendors.
