The Prime Video Canada team is looking for a passionate, creative, and customer obsessed professional to build world-class creative campaigns for Amazon Global and Canadian Originals, Live Sports, and Events. This position requires a proven ability to produce and conceptualize high impact campaigns (Key-art, trailers, spots, Behind-the-Scenes and buzz-worthy digital content), setting and communicating the creative vision and partnering with external agencies to develop and execute campaigns. They will source and work closely with creative and production agencies to conceptualize and deliver on high impact creative to support content marketing and brand campaigns. We're looking for someone with strategic creative sensibilities, great attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects and stakeholders.

The Creative Producer will work with brand and supporting campaign teams to curate, manage and deploy marketing campaigns across TV, Print, Outdoor, Audio, Digital and Owned Platforms. They own the overall campaign creative/asset structure and have oversight of workbacks across disciplines for key campaign strategy and creative direction documents, lead asset capture and marketing asset development to ensure delivery per campaign milestone. They own the creative asset budget and ensures it is strategically allocated and managed per discipline throughout the lifecycle of a campaign.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience planning, producing and executing large marketing campaigns across big cross-functional teams. A self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others, with a track record of driving results.

Key job responsibilities
• Own the creative strategy, ideation, production, post production and delivery for Global and Local Originals, Live Sports, and Events for Prime Video Canada
• Translate brand/show positioning and marketing strategy into creative output through clear direction
• Manage the agency pitch processes, identify the right creative partners, and own agency on-boarding
• Engage agencies to ideate and develop innovative, effective, and award-winning 360° marketing experiences that communicate benefits and drive viewership
• Supervise production during shoots
• Manage internal approvals
• Partner closely with global creative teams to implement best practices, and provide creative to global teams supporting Canadian originals
• Develop creative and internal PV communication templates and tools
• Create processes and SOPs for localization into French
• Ensure that creative approval processes are followed when modifying global show creative
• Identify and manage creative agencies for the production of campaign assets
• Ensure PV brand guidelines are being given paramount importance
• Own approvals and creative delivery of campaign assets
