Reporting into the Post Supervisor, the Senior Editor is responsible for delivering video content that embodies the tone, taste and creative through line of the Video Studios team. The Senior Editor will be responsible for ensuring the taste and executional excellence across Video Studios edit output. Creating and ensuring adherence to the best in class edit methods and practices the Senior Editor will be the source of truth for Video Studios edit projects.

Key job responsibilities
As Senior Editor you will:
-Lead Video Studios edit conversations
-Be an expert in the art of editing
-Obsess over moving imagery
-Believe that color and grade are as important as lens choice
-Think about a project holistically across all assets created
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with select freelance contributors
-Be the creative collaborator and edit champion for our creative producers
-Develop edit best practice
-Be experienced in collaborating with DP's/Directors
-Obsess over live performance and it's capture
-Own a comprehensive Rolodex of creative collaborators
-Think strategically when creating project assets, and incorporate best practices

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-5+ Years of experience in an Edit role
-Work experience in the live performance space
-Experience working within a varied content slate
-Leadership and management experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Expertise in Adobe Premiere
-Motion GFX design experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Experience working within a DSP
