Key job responsibilities
• Understanding how all elements of the Voice Experience ecosystem work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy.
• Develop and execute manual & automated tests and test plans
• Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our products
• Finding, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
• Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
• Work with Software Development Engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented
• Ensure the highest quality product delivery, working with a team of quality engineering professionals
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality.

About the team
As the QAT on the Amazon Music Voice Internationalization QA Team, you will be responsible for write and maintain test cases for different features. exhibit technical capability to execute and build automated test scripts as necessary, develop utilities or tools to improve efficiency and gather / analyses logs and traces to add to bug reports.

You will collaborate with QA teams to improve the ways that customers can ask for what they want to hear in Amazon Music Unlimited, Prime Music or Ad-supported Free Tier in international markets. You will assist developers or QAEs to identify, track, and accurately report defects found to ensure that the Quality of the Amazon Music Voice Experience is the best.

The ideal candidate is interested in being part of an agile team, passionate about innovating for customers, and has a demonstrable track record of success in delivering new features and products. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements.

You should be a person that pays close attention to details and is driven to deliver solutions that delight customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of software QA testing experience
• (Mandatory) Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English - Native or bilingual proficiency
• Experience in a test or development role as part of a product development organization which has delivered consumer oriented products
• Demonstrated experience in testing methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools
• Demonstrated experience creating status reports based on automation results
