In this role as a Product Marketing Manager you will engage Prime customers to drive attach and engagement of their Prime Music benefit, included with their subscription at no additional cost. You are responsible for defining strategy, planning and execution of best in class customer experiences to drive customer growth. A successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, experimentation and strong creative instincts. This role will have global scope, working regularly with country counterparts to create and share best practices. The ideal candidate will challenge our status quo and take our global O&O marketing strategy to the next level.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a cross-platform merchandising expert and drive global execution of best practices and learnings.
• Lead growth acquisition opportunities for Amazon Music through on-site placements, engaging with Prime subscribers.
• Drive our personalization strategy among Prime customers, working cross-functionally with BI and Product teams to launch new personalized widgets to drive acquisition and engagement.
• Own Amazon Music's relationship with the Prime Marketing channels team, effectively partnering to drive joint initiatives that improve customer adoption of Prime Music; pursue additional cross-team opportunities with teams such as Prime Video, Twitch, Audible and Kindle.
• Lead customer segmentation strategies for Prime customer base, testing messaging, content strategy, and placement frequency to optimize the acquisition flywheel.
• Obsess over customers and how they discover Prime Music on Amazon.com and mobile app, Amazon devices and owned and operated entities.
• Work closely with Amazon Music's product and development teams to inform and drive necessary features, tools and platform optimizations.
• Work with global marketers to ensure parity and consistency in marketing best practices across all Amazon Music territories.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
• Global experience driving marketing programs across multiple markets.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of mobile experience for consumer technology product or service.
• Experience with consumer products, media and/or e-commerce.
• Experience with subscription-based consumer products.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
• Excellent project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.
• MBA/advanced degree.
