The Amazon Music team is looking for a Marketing Manager to help manage marketing campaigns for our content programs. They will assist the development of cross-channel campaigns across both paid and owned channels and work closely with partners on the a cross-functional content team to help build, launch, and measure campaigns. They will also work closely with Prime Video and internal Amazon Music teams. This role will demonstrate mastery of organization, facilitate crisp, seamless communication between stakeholders, and help get campaigns off the ground that delight customers and drive them to Amazon Music.
The ideal candidate will have project management or marketing experience for consumer-facing technology products/services. You will need to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, communicating clearly and persuasively. You will create and manage multiple project plans, help traffic assets, and execute campaigns across many channels simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and help the team remain organized. This position will interact with all levels of the company.
Key job responsibilities
• Act as the lead project manager for content programs, helping to build and launch campaigns across multiple owned and operated channels like email, push and on-site merchandising.
• Manage creative asset and media plan development, trafficking, and general facilitation
• Collect post-campaign data for analysis purposes
• Leverage post-campaign data to help develop and document key learnings, best practices and strategies; build playbooks that can be leveraged across global teams and to inform new programs
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
• Develop and test campaigns across Prime Video, and Amazon teams to launch innovative growth marketing campaigns
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- BA/BS, MBA or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of project management or digital marketing experienceInterest in the music industry and music culture
- A love for consumer tech and products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Proficient communication skills to drive cross-team facilitation and project management
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects across industry, product, engineering, BI teams, global marketing stakeholders, marketing digital consumer products, subscription and/or entertainment services
- 3+ years of mobile experience with consumer technology product or service

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
