Job Description
As a Junior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be assisting Amazon Music with their digital marketing efforts. Creating and launching marketing messages through our email, mobile push, In-App, and web channels.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage and work the ticket queue by promptly triaging cases, answering end-user questions, fulfilling requests, and resolving system incidents in a timely and customer centric manner.
• Support and maintain automated digital marketing solutions using Amazons Marketing tools.
• Leverage available documentation, training, team resources, and vendor support teams to administer all team applications
• Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects.
• Take initiative to improve support processes, decreasing delivery time, and improving customer satisfaction. Look for ways to automate manual processes and increase self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams effectively, seek to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on operational processes, and deliver clear solutions to stakeholders.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Mexico City, DIF, MEX

• English level C1 or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) experience implementing and configuring digital marketing campaigns
• Campaign management experience using cloud technology (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot) or on-premise technology (e.g., IBM, Teradata, Adobe).
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with digital marketing
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
• Experience managing and triaging user submitted issues via ticketing system(s)
• Basic Excel skills
