Job summary

Amazon Music is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager for Latin America, to lead our Go To Market initiatives across the region. This is an individual contributor position, that will work with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to create and implement our GTM strategies for Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Chile. We are seeking an experienced leader, with a proven track record working with global teams, planning, and delivering results. You will need to possess an entrepreneurial ability to try new and different things with minimal direction. Overall, you will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas and establish best practices for Amazon Music.

Key job responsibilities
• GTM strategies for LATAM: Work with global and regional teams to ensure our GTM strategies and executions are appropriate for our marketplaces in LATAM. This includes development, planning, localization, execution and performance analysis of marketing campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional global teams to ensure we are driving feature parity across marketplaces and advocating for and delivering on needs that are specific to our marketplaces in LATAM.
• Conduct postmortems and ensuring that learnings are applied to future launches and shared globally.
• Work with global teams to understand how products and features are used and develop plans to support their growth post-launch.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing and GTM strategies, ideally music, entertainment or other subscription services.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
• Demonstrated success in marketing management and development of GTM strategies.
• Experience of operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrixed global organization.
• Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
• English (fluent) and either Spanish or Portuguese
• Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA
• Experience in, and understanding of, the entertainment industry, preferably within Podcasts or Music.
• Experience with digital products and interactive entertainment.
• Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
