Amazon Games is currently looking for a highly skilled and driven Technical Program Manager to join our Technical Operations team. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with our AGS Operations, Security, and Development Services teams. We are seeking someone who is talented, motivated, and ready to contribute their expertise to our organization.

You will assist department leadership with roadmap planning, project scheduling and prioritization, and provide customers visibility into various central publishing services. You will have great communication and prioritization skills with a clear focus on providing the best possible customer experience. The ability to be self-directed, while still providing excellent service to partners, is critical.

Responsibilities in this role:
• Create reliable processes that provide status and priority visibility to department heads and other stakeholders
• Generate and maintain roadmaps that align with needs of the organization
• Facilitate integration of services by dependent teams through documentation, FAQ's, examples and other solutions
• Debug problems with services
• Work with different internal groups and partners to create new platform features, tools and initiatives, all while building at an Amazon scale
• Translate customer requirements into specific tasks and work with department leadership to ensure appropriate prioritization
• Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution/closure
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify, document, and communicate project/program scope, schedule, risks, and issues in multiple time zones
• Work closely with AGS security, tracking and implementing security initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ Years working with security teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
