As a Business Analyst within BizOps, you will work within multiple tools and data sets to organize and adjust existing data sets, as well as create reporting on data trends that impact the business. Candidates will be customer obsessed in their pursuit of data clarity and reporting. Successful candidates have track records of partnering with cross functional teams to create data alignment and visibility of data to enable businesses to make optimal resourcing decisions.

Key job responsibilities
- Have a passion for Games
- Work closely with business partners and recruiting to support ongoing efforts
- Managing databases that impact cross functional businesses
- Build automated data solutions in Excel, Confluence, Dashboards, etc.
- Deep dive data to understand and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate actions/recommendations to customers/stakeholders in both written and verbal formats
- Create reports highlighting key insights and trends

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience using very large datasets

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with Tableau
- 1+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Salary Details
Salary Range: $47,500 to $107,400 Per Year ($ USD)
