Your Mission

As a VP of Product Management, you will help lead the cross-franchise development, management, and launch of our premium new-release product and will work to strengthen player engagement and monetization across the Call of Duty ecosystem. This leader will work closely with key stakeholders across product, commercial, studio development, research and insights, data and analytics, marketing, technology, and partnerships to shape the short-term and long-term vision for the franchise, and to consider various business and engagement models that need to be realized for maximum success. Must have the ability to craft and help execute highly matrixed product and go-to-market roadmaps, and to convene cross-functional teams in aligned fashion in order unlock the next phase of growth for the Call of Duty franchise across reach, engagement, and monetization.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Help craft the vision: Building on the existing brand strategy, bring best-in-class thinking to the table to help craft and deploy a long-term product strategy geared towards driving strong player engagement (acquisition & retention) and monetization
• Develop and implement the commercial strategy: Develop, launch, and optimize the commercial and engagement systems that can materially grow the COD ecosystem over the next 3 years
• Convene the work: Orchestrating across both studios and game/product teams as well as partnering with relevant technical leaders/SMEs, ensure the broad set of COD development efforts builds towards a common, strategic mission to migrate our audience and drive engagement and monetization

Player Profile

Experience
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a digital-first commercial engagement role at a flagship organization, ideally in the gaming space
• Demonstrated track-record of working on multi-faceted global brand ecosystems and architectures
• Experience developing and managing commercially driven consumer platforms and corresponding products
• Experience convening/working across product teams in an at-scale technology organization

Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of gaming, tech, and/or media space; including key industry and competitive players
• Deep understanding of relevant commercial and marketing methodologies, including social media and branding architecture
