Your Mission
Activision is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and financially minded individual to join the Activision Publishing Finance team. This position will provide global FP&A support to Activision which includes the first-person shooter Call of Duty franchises (which includes the storied Modern Warfare, Black Ops and Warzone franchises!), Tony Hawk, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro and many more!
What you bring to the table
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Lead both long and short range financial planning on a global basis with finance leadership
• Support business planning efforts (annual budget and long-range planning)
• Identify future financial risks and opportunities across the division
• Drive management level reports in support of business reviews and help communicate results with Activision leadership
• Build infrastructure and process for weekly reporting of financial key performance indicators to Activision and Microsoft leadership
• Partner with finance and analytics to identify and implement process efficiencies to improve productivity and quality of forecasts
• Partner with ABK and Microsoft corporate finance in prepping and reviewing quarterly financials for earnings reports
• Support the quarterly forecast with a focus on accurate forecasting and variance analysis to provide business understanding
• Help translate Activision's Non-GAAP financials into MSFT facing GAAP oriented financials
• Assist with other ad-hoc projects that arise in this fast paced, ever-changing industry

Player Profile
The key qualifications for this role include:
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills
• 3-5+ years of experience plus 4 year degree
• Strong personal presence and communication to work across finance, marketing, development, and executive leadership in pursuit of business goals
• Strong user of Excel, PowerPoint and financial management tools
• Strong finance, business acumen and general analytical skills
• Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (advanced degree or certification a plus)
• Experience with financial systems desired
• High energy; passion for games is a plus

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
