Activision Blizzard Media (ABM) is looking for a Senior Creative Lab Designer to join the Creative Design team.

We're looking for a highly conceptual, cross-disciplinary creative who owns

assignments and thrives when juggling multiple high profile projects. Our Creative Lab Designers support multiple fortune 500 brands across a wide variety of verticals – we've recently completed high profile projects with Prada and Jif. Our ideal candidate is familiar with implementing established brand guidelines with a high level of attention to detail while simultaneously innovating and pushing the boundaries across the landscape of ad tech.

What You'll Do:
• Able to take high-level direction of a client's needs to produce engaging interactive ads
• Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery
• Able to improvise on RFP mock deliverables with little to no creative assets
• Solve problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the work
• Work within our brand identity to create promotional elements and identities

Who You Are:
• 7 or more years of experience
• A strong portfolio which illustrates conceptual thinking and high-fidelity execution
• Proficient in Photoshop
• Knowledge of After Effects and other video editing software
• Understanding of typography, movement and layout
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of best practice image compression and asset extraction
• Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection; no detail is too small or insignificant
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Can clearly articulate & decipher client's needs to make the correct design decisions
• Can transform high-level business needs into engaging creative
• Rich Media ad experience

Key Duties:

• Illustration abilities
• Understanding of the limitations and abilities of HTML5/CSS3/JS
• Celtra experience

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the US and is not applicable to locations outside of the US Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
