Production Associate Specialist - Hardware Technology

Your Mission

The Associate Specialist (Hardware Tech) assists in the management of all development hardware assets, including: managing, ordering, tracking, allocating, repairing, auditing and retirement of all game development hardware (debug/development kits).

Responsibilities:
• Provide hardware to developers and production teams, IT, and QA
• Track hardware in an appropriate system
• Manage hardware repairs and returns
• Provide and maintain hardware at onsite and offsite events
• Obtain evaluate and distribute information about new technology and first-party initiatives
• Be the first point of contact regarding development software: XDK, first party ''neighborhoods'', recovery discs, whitelisted profiles, etc.
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Player Profile
• B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science/Entertainment-related area, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated skills with asset management, game development lifecycle, and problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated success working in a team-based environment, interfacing with multiple departments throughout an organization
• Strong working knowledge of most popular console platforms and related peripherals and PC software/hardware
• Two plus years in the video game industry, preferably in interactive software publishing
• Willingness to travel
• Maintain professionalism and composure while working under tight deadlines
