Your Mission

Activision Blizzard King seeks a privacy and compliance specialist to join its Legal and privacy team to grow its global privacy program and work with multiple stakeholders, products, services and franchises across the group. The privacy specialist will support the global privacy function

This role includes but is not limited to the following tasks/duties*:
• Support the Legal Privacy Team based in London to develop, maintain and improve the global data protection program;
• Prepare, maintain and update legal documentation, including internal policies;
• Develop, maintain, update and keep up-to-date a database of all data protection activities;
• Develop, maintain, update and keep up-to-date a database of all data protection agreements and data transfer agreements;
• Conduct vendor risk management, including due diligence and coordinating with relevant business stakeholders, legal and info security teams;
• Carry out privacy risk assessment and, where needed, data protection impact assessments (DPIA) and legitimate interest assessments (LIA);
• Monitor and manage individual rights requests process (DSAR);
• Monitor and manage customers and employees queries related to privacy;
• Coordinate a network of privacy champions;
• Prepare and perform privacy and data protection training;
• Be involved in various ad hoc privacy and compliance projects for different parts of the business, including marketing, IT, human resources, etc.;
• Provide day-to-day privacy, data protection and compliance support to the legal team;
• Assist in project managing privacy and compliance initiatives, including minute team meetings, prepare timelines and presentations, keep track of people and progress in general;
• General administration and support including conducting research, maintaining databases, updating templates.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:
• Bachelor degree minimum
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role with great exposure on privacy and data protection issues
• Experience ideally gaine in house, preferably with some European and US exposure

Knowledge / Skills
• Great proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
• Excellent written and communication skills (English)
• Good understanding of online technologies and their privacy implications
