ABK Global Cyber Security is looking for a dynamic Information Security Awareness Project Manager to join our growing team. The Global Cyber Security team manages the security risk across all aspects of ABK's business as One Security. Join us in building security in early software development lifecycles in a manner that limits friction and enables a secure by default stance. This person will work with the studios, CTOs, and development teams to understand the current capabilities to develop secure code. They will then baseline those practices for each studio, highlight areas of high maturity that can be scaled across other studios, while identifying areas where increased investment or resources may need to occur. Your Mission

Activision, the publisher of the hit Call of Duty franchise, is looking for a passionate Information Security Awareness Senior Project Manager to join our Activision Blizzard King (ABK) Information Security Education & Culture team. 

At ABK we aim to equip employees with the knowledge and tools necessary to help protect proprietary and sensitive information. The Information Security Education & Culture team is charged with a mission to design, build and deliver an engaging enterprise-wide Information Security Awareness Program that facilitates a well-informed Information Security culture.

As the Information Security Awareness Senior Project Manager you'll support the Information Security Education & Culture Manager with initiatives that help to educate and protect the ABK employee base from Information Security attacks. The ideal candidate will already have experience working on an Information Security Awareness Program and has a thorough understanding of Information Security concepts.

Functional Duties

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Support all Information Security Awareness Programs that effectively fosters a culture of security and promotes desired behaviors
• Plan, organize, and establish priorities related to an assignment and drive tasks to completion
• Write instructional materials (e.g., standard operating procedures, playbooks, presentations)

• Proactive in removing roadblocks, pave the way for innovation, and can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment,
• Assist with maintaining a metrics framework to measure the program's impact on adoption of good Information Security practices and adherence to requirements
• Track KPIs, gather feedback, calculate ROI, and continuously assess opportunities for improvement
• Assist with conducting interactive training exercises to create an effective learning environment
• Support the improvement of the maturity of the Information Security awareness program, including managing communication plans, developing and reporting metrics, and creating stakeholder reports
• Generate fun, creative, new ideas to enhance engagement across the global employee population
• Assist with gathering and developing relevant Information Security content for educational purposes
• Assist with administering simulated phishing campaigns
• Promote and facilitate effective communication between the Information System teams and other departments and /or business units and ensure escalation of issues to management when necessary

Experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Privacy principles
• Experience in Information Security, preferably in Information Security Awareness
• Knowledge of computer-based training and e-learning services
• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the long term
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics in simple, clear and concise communications to a diverse, global audience
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively with internal & external entities and executives to drive projects to completion
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and critical observation skills
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Experience in Marketing or a similar role is a plus
• Experience in Communications or a similar role is a plus

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $38.85 - $71.83 Hourly. This base pay range is for the US and is not applicable to locations outside of the US Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
