Your Mission

The Influencer Marketing Associate Manager (Temporary) supports the Call of Duty: Mobile marketing team with live service game needs focused on influencer content, communications, and product marketing. This person will help support influencer and streamer marketing for Call of Duty Mobile.

You work in the intersection of content and product and are ready to make it come to life. You are a marketing superstar, stellar communicator, and an analytical problem-solver. You are a team player who can easily balance structure with dynamic environments. You will have a pulse on the competitor landscape and the trends of content creators as well as community growth. You are also responsible for amplifying the go-to-market for Call of Duty Mobile.
• Assst in implementation of global go-to-market strategy for influencer and content creators
• Assist in content development for Call of Duty Mobile owned social channels in partnership with streamers and influencers
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify marketing messaging
• Work with influencer community to create innovative campaigns across gamer driven social channels
• Identify and evaluate new content opportunities with key influencer partners
• Manage and track incentive/gifting program
• Analyze and report program performance via post mortem decks
• Monitor content to ensure on brand messaging
• Develop a thorough understanding of player community and Call of Duty Mobile gaming experience

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:
• 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and/or social media in a professional capacity
• Gaming related background mandatory due to constant interaction with gaming community
• In-depth experience using all major social media platforms, especially YouTube
• Basic understanding of analytics, project management, video game development, relationship management, legal compliance, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with business-related software, including Microsoft Office, Jira, Smartsheet, Sprinklr, YouTube, Twitch, and social media analytics tools
• Be familiar with the latest industry trends, news, issues, and sensitivities
• Comfortable working with global influencers with understanding of local market nuances
• Art background or Photoshop proficiency a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and be accountable for high levels of deliverables
• Detail oriented with strong cross-team collaboration skills
• Understanding of gaming social platforms, trends, and best practices
• Understanding of the mobile game industry and market
• Comfortable analyzing data and reporting findings to the larger team
